Apple Scented Candles
Hand-poured candles with apple in the blend. Some are straight orchard fruit, some are spiced cider, and a few use apple as a crisp note under cinnamon or bourbon. All are poured in small batches in Holland, Michigan with 100% soy wax, a lead free cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance oil.

What apple smells like
Apple is crisp, juicy and lightly tart, more like biting into fruit than like candy. It is bright enough to keep a heavy blend from turning cloying, which is why it shows up under cinnamon, clove and maple so often here. On its own it reads fresh and a little green. Paired with warm spice it turns into cider and pie territory. These are fall candles for most people, though the fruit-forward ones work all year.
