Grapefruit Scented Candles
Hand-poured candles with grapefruit in the blend. Most are bright citrus, and a couple use grapefruit as a tart lift under fruit or coconut. Most are 100% soy wax and one, Marisol, is poured in our coconut soy blend. All are made in small batches in Holland, Michigan with a lead free cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance oil.

What grapefruit smells like
Grapefruit is tart and a little bitter, sharper than orange and less sour than lemon. That bitter edge is the point. It is what makes a citrus candle smell like real fruit instead of candy. In these blends it usually leads and then settles into mint, cedar, vetiver or musk, which gives it somewhere to land. It suits mornings, small bright rooms and anyone who wants something clean and energizing without a floral or sweet finish.
