Cardamom Scented Candles
Hand-poured candles with cardamom in the blend. Half are coastal and woody, half are warm bakery scents, and cardamom is the spice that connects them. Most are 100% soy wax and one, Florissant, is poured in our coconut soy blend. All are made in small batches in Holland, Michigan with a lead free cotton wick and phthalate-free fragrance oil.

What cardamom smells like
Cardamom is a warm spice with a cool top. It is peppery and slightly citrusy up front, then turns soft and a little sweet, closer to chai than to cinnamon. That split is why it works in two very different directions here. Next to sea salt, teakwood and coconut milk it reads clean and airy. Next to pumpkin, vanilla and buttercream it reads like a spiced dessert. It suits anyone who wants warmth without the full holiday spice cabinet.
Common questions
What does a cardamom candle smell like?
Warm and peppery with a bright, almost citrusy top. Softer and less sharp than cinnamon or clove.
What pairs well with cardamom?
Sea salt, teakwood and coconut milk for a clean version, or vanilla, pumpkin and buttercream for a dessert version.
Which room suits it?
Living rooms and kitchens. It fills a space without being loud, and it holds up well in cold weather.
Is a cardamom candle a good gift?
Yes. It is warm without being sweet, which makes it an easy pick for someone who dislikes bakery scents.
